10 Minute Workout - Fast Weight Loss For Women

Here's a 10 minute workout that gets fast weight loss for women. Not only does this get speedy results, but you can do this at home. Better results in less time... perfect. In a few short weeks you'll have people making comments about the obvious improvements to your body.

They're going to wonder what your secret is... will you tell them?

10 Minute Workout That Gets Fast Weight Loss For Women

1. Do Hindu Squats

This is the key weight loss exercise for this program. What you do is fast paced bodyweight squats. So you squat up and down as quickly as you can. With each passing repetition, swipe your finger tips to the ground to demonstrate you went down far enough. If you don't touch the ground, the repetition doesn't count.

Do as many repetitions as you can in 5 minutes. Your goal should be 100 in less than 5 minutes. If you can't do that right away, that's fine. Just shoot for that as a goal. If you want, just continue doing the hindu squats until you do get 100 repetitions and keep trying to do it in less time.

2. Hula Hooping

A kid's toy no more. The hula hoop is fast becoming really popular for weight loss. I consider hula hooping the best exercise you can do to tone and shape the whole waist and hips area.

Just twirl the hula hoop around your waist for 5 minutes a day. You don't even need to do it all at once. Be sure to use a bigger, weighted hula hoop or it'll be hard to keep the hula hoop going.

There you go, 5 minutes of each exercise daily. Nothing more. There's your 10 minute workout that gets fast weight loss for women.

Hula Hoop Exercises For Weight Loss? Yes, If You Don't Make This 1 Mistake

Listen, you may not know this, but the hula hoop may be 1 of the best and cheapest weight loss pieces of equipment you can ever buy. But beware... if you make this 1 mistake, you are probably not getting the most out of your hula hoop.

You don't need many hula hoop exercises to lose weight, but you do need to do this for maximum weight loss...

For maximum weight loss using hula hoop exercises, you must use the hula hoop in short bursts... 2 minutes at a time. Using a hula hoop in just 1 session is a mistake. Your metabolism gets much more of a boost doing short mini-workouts throughout the day.

Now, to begin with, 2 minutes or less is probably all you'll be able to do before you get tired. That's fine.

But once you get good, be sure to stop after 2 minutes. Rest a bit, then do another 2 minutes as fast as you can go.

What I like to do is this... I use 2 minute tv commercials to exercise. I've found this to be best for results... as well as best for my busy schedule. This allows me to watch tv and relax, but still workout for about 22 minutes over 1 hour. (Note: There are about 22 minutes of commercials and dead time during a 1 hour tv show.)

Hula Hoop Exercises

There is only 1 hula hoop exercise that you need to do. Simply twirl it around your waist. You don't need to get fancy or anything. That's it.

I think hula hoops are awesome and under-appreciated. Besides mini-trampolines, they are fast becoming my favorite exercise equipment to use. I already have a toned body, but I've notice some nice little improvements in my waist and hips since adding the hula hoop to my 2 minute tv commercial exercise program.

So you don't need to get complicated and use many hula hoop exercises... you only need 1. Just do this 1 exercise during tv commercials everyday for about 20 minutes. Do that and I dare you to email me saying it didn't help improve your body in less than 3 weeks.

Hula Hoop Your Way to Fitness - Beginner's Guide

Have you ever asked the question "Can I lose weight from hula hooping?", if you find

yourself asking that question, then good news. I have some great tips here to get you

started on how to include the hula hoop into your fitness workout.

Let us first look at how to select a suitable hula hoop to use in your workout. Size does

matter, choose the correct sized hoop. Forget those that you find in Toys R Us, they are kid

sized hoops, unless of course you are kid sized. So, get an adult sized hoop, if you are a

beginner to hooping getting the wrong sized hoop will make it harder for you to pick up

hooping.

As a general guide, with the hoop placed upright on the floor in front of you, the top of

the hoop should reach your chest. Of course the size of your waist has to be taken into

account. So the bigger you are, the bigger the hoop has to be. The speed of rotation is

inversely proportionate to the size of the hoop. Bigger hoops will rotate slower and smaller

hoops faster. Bigger hoops that rotate slower will make it easier for you to learn hooping

initially. Faster rotating smaller hoops are great for doing tricks with and harder to

master, but are excellent of exercise.

Try to strike a balance on the rotation speed and difficulty level of the hoop that you

pick. Try them out in the store, get a feel of the rotation speed and how hard it is to use.

You wouldn't want to get something that rotates slow and doesn't provide a good enough

workout or something so fast that you ended up giving up hooping because it is too hard.

To get you started on your very first hoop workout, try this:

1. stand with one foot in front of the other

2. Hold the hoop against your back, slightly above your waist

3. Push the hoop around your waist

4. Shift your weight back and forth on your feet

Try to find the momentum of the hoop's rotation in relation to your body movements. You

might find yourself trying to move your hips in a circle to follow the hoop, it is easier if

you shift your weight back and forth. As for which way to rotate the hoop, try out both

ways, you will instinctively find out which way is more comfortable for you.

Well, that is basically what you need to get started. Once you have mastered these simple

steps there are many more advanced and fun techniques that you can try.

Here's a healthy eating plan that will supplement your workout to offer an all round fitness

balance.
